Creating and managing stores

Products can be restricted to certain stores through the feed mapper (if you've mapped the store field and imported your products, they will automatically be associated with the specified stores in your import file) or directly from your product catalog:

• Navigate to a product within your catalog.
• Go to "Mappings" and then "Limitations."
• If "Limited to Store" is unchecked, the product is available across all shops. Check this box to limit the product to selected stores.
• Choose the stores from the list where the product should be available, e.g., limiting a product to your B2B store and webshop.
• Save your changes.

To limit products based on categories or manufacturers:

• For categories: Select a category (catalog>categories), access "Limitations," check "Limited to Store," and choose the store.
• For manufacturers: Navigate to manufacturers (catalog>manufacturers), access "Limitations," check "Limited to Store," and choose the store.

Dashboard Filtering

‍From KatanaPIM's main dashboard, you have the ability to apply filters based on store selection. This feature transforms your dashboard view to reflect only the products, statistics, and information relevant to the chosen store.

Catalog filtering

Similar to the dashboard, the product catalog feature also supports filtering by store. This allows you to narrow down your view to only those products that are published or available in a specific store, making it easier to manage product listings and update information.
